nyc bagels are SO bready and there is hardly any hole how could anyone think they’re better than mtl bagels made with honey and baked in a wood-fired oven fuelled by hatred of the English language?!?

I just finished my last (frozen) St. Viateur bagel yesterday, from my December Montreal trip 🥲. Though, personally, I’m partial to NYC bagels…
