It’s from research done by Gottman Institute. Not sure how accurate it could be, 70% for sure seems high. I like the premise of learning to accept things rather than change them since I’m an anxious, almost ocd type problem solver.

70% feels really high? But I agree with the conclusion – everything is about tradeoffs.

If you tried to solve all of the problems you’d inevitably create new ones. Better to just make the most of the hand you’re dealt
