Spring finally hitting Utah, plans for planting new plants, as well as feeling oddly excited to mow the lawn (and find something to do with the clippings)

Is there a starter pack or infocard or something you can recommend to learn composting as a common westerner who generally doesn't throw food in garbage but instead puts it through disposal (this is mostly for me and my family's noses; not any specific global outreach or goal)
