Soft/hard boiled eggs are way easier than one* might think! *one being me, someone who doesn’t cook often 1) get 2” of water to a boil 2) add eggs carefully (with spoon) 3) remove eggs after 6-10 minutes, depending on desired level of runniness 4) move eggs to icy water 5) wait 30-60s 6) remove eggs 7) gently crush eggs with fork to crack shell 8) peel shell 9) add to instant ramen or just eat it!

They’re even better in Ramen if you soak them overnight in soy sauce

🙏 the "add to instant ramen" clinched it for me usually in this type of situation i'm a "single pot recipe" kind of guy (which would be "egg drop ramen", here), but i have a double burner now, so this is a perfect easy "two pot recipe" 'cause i prefer hard boiled eggs anyway and you can save a few for later!
