Probably the lack of scheduled messages?

I’ve become increasingly worse at replying to friends and family, to a point where if 72h go by I’ll forget altogether.

One reason why I procrastinate so long is not wanting to seem available to talk more in the moment and put it off to a moment where I may be open, like the following morning.

I want to believe that if I could schedule send all my messages I’d be way more responsive in general, but lack the data or first hand experience to prove it. That is unless I switch all my messaging to email!
