caffeine typically gives me the jitters just from a few sips, so my morning ritual is really just some light stretching, a bit of movement, and lots of ice water. depending on when i wake up, there’s a hot shower for grounding me somewhere in my morning.

This sounds so serene 💜 The next time I have a restless night and abandon bed with far too little sleep I’m going to try to add some stretching to my morning 🧘‍♀️

stretching and if you can fit in a morning walk. it’s a nice way to just get blood flowing and some crisp fresh air do a lot to wake you up naturally. ive also been told im hyper competitive so i just will my body awake and to focus lol

Do you have an internal alarm clock? As in you just wake up when you have to and don’t necessarily need to rely on an alarm?

ive always had an internal alarm clock. there are times where i set an alarm but my body will wake up 15-30 minutes before. the alarm is more a safety net just in case i oversleep
