I’m sorry USA, but your missing out on some of the greatest filter beans to have ever been grown 💁🏼‍♀️ 

I first tried beans from Yunnan a couple of years ago in Tokyo. Having never tried a bean from China I was really keen to give it a go. I was blown away. Since getting the fellow it’s all we really drink at home.

It is such an airy and delicate cup, with a lot tropical fruit. Sometimes it feels like I’m drinking a tea rather than a coffee. There is rarely an end note — one of, if not the fastest finish I’ve ever had on a coffee. I’ve really enjoyed drinking it this summer.  

To not give all the credit to the growers; Manta ray has had the most consistent and enjoyable roast that we’ve tried.

Sharing my interests will make more people want to follow me.

on the money, i have loved drinking it this summer. it doesn't get very cold here but it cools down I'll probably look for something deeper with some cherry or chocolate to it.
