tonight's dinner was a big salad and a side dish of Goya Champloo, a unique dish made with sliced pork, egg, and Goya (bitter melon, a bumpy cucumber-looking vegetable with a quite bitter flavor) to drink we made one of my favorite iced teas, mugicha (barley tea)

love it (!!!)i think it's the first Okinawan style dish i have tried, will definitely try it with some noodles looks fantastic
