Pretty sure making a decision and it being a bad one (regardless of intent or outcome) would be what makes something a mistake. Neither tripping or falling are mistakes. They can be caused by mistakes, sure… Not liking proxy doesn’t grant you a badge to be shitty to people.

For a second I thought you were figuring it out. Pretty sure nobody you’re picking shit with has said they were outright forgiving him for those mistakes. You just ‘decided’ to be the asshole (again) about how a YOU feel about somebodies POV on the internet (a real classic take). A mistake is morally gray, Alex’s mistakes were not. Mistakes can be tiny or huge. If you oversleep and miss an appointment (because you didn’t set your alarm) then congrats, you made a mistake.
