i think what happens is this: 1. new bots sign up and follow 2. label algorithms need time/data to work and maybe not continuously running 3. it's optimistic labeling so while people aren't labeled likely to spam they're counted in followers 4. algorithms run and labels change to likely spam and follower count gets nuked
