one of the hardest things about running a startup (or any product, really): there are always tons of “good” ideas… that won’t move the needle at all if implemented. it’s impossible to know impact prior to execution, and there’s constant opportunity cost no matter what you do

It’s almost a product question but you have to extrapolate out the size of that opportunity if you are successful with it
