I voted in favor, though have two thoughts… wonder if the award could come in two tranches split up with second tranch spaced to effectively DCA the sell price, and preferably be tied to other funding % being met, which world further incentivize the raise from the team.

Think it sounds like a great initiative.

Thoughts for the future.
