Apple Vision Pro

Started working on a vision project and you really are shackled by the OS.

I wish devs had as much access to the system as on a Mac not an iPad.

It’s early, they can adapt, crossing my fingers.

-place an object that tracks something (arm, etc.) it must be an “immersive” app so it can’t run while other apps are open

-some kind of shortcut or custom hand sign to invoke my app or service from anywhere (ex. 👌🏾to call your speech to text service anywhere)

What things do you want to do that you can’t?

this is an issue. hope they start to open up the OS at wwdc

Surely they remember the gold rush that occurred after iOS developers were given more than websites to build. 

I bet the OS is changing so much in these early versions that they don’t want to constrain themselves to things they’ll need to deprecate
