did 16hrs daily for around 3 years. Loved it. Mental clarity, simply did not need food and could hike etc. anything in the morning no issues. Was not the best for building muscle but great for losing weight and my brain. Now I fast 20 hrs twice a week instead. Seems to be a better balance for lifting!
