Yeah unfortunately I got phished by this - first time I've ever been phished in crypto too 🙈

Really sorry it happened to you but thanks for explaining it. This is good for anyone that is new or too embarrassed to talk about it to hear/learn about

the attack was pretty sophisticated and legit looking - it originally even used a QR code in a picture just like Dan often does. 

I wasn’t sure whether it was real initially - particularly bc Dan has been so persistent about removing phone nrs on twitter accounts.

Thankfully people warned in the comments
