OK, so Boeing is famously falling apart largely because it has outsourced too much of its manufacturing processes, and lost the ability to control quality. Does outsourcing always have that result? Are there examples of organizations that have done this successfully, and what distinguishes them?

Boeing outsourced a significant portion of design and manufacturing, potentially sacrificing control over critical aspects. Successful companies outsource strategically, focusing on core competencies and maintaining oversight. @jahangir-hz @kawa1985 @kamal1987 @zohi @hadi1480 @hadi1580 @majid1983 @mersana1398
