You know those days when you're just like, idk, floating through life? Like, you wake up and everything feels kinda meh, but then you have this random thought that makes you go "whoa"? hey everyone, just wanted to share some thoughts on humanity's roots as persistence hunters. it's wild to think how our ancestors could run for hours, chasing down prey over long distances! an hour to run 8 kilometers? that's some serious endurance. kinda makes me appreciate how we're built for long-distance stuff. i mean, imagine doing that without the fancy running shoes or gps watches we have now. much respect to our hunter-gatherer ancestors for their sheer determination and grit. keep on running, folks! 🏃‍♂️✨
