The thing that gets me about vibecoding is that in order to go fast, you have to relinquish the desire to understand everything / read the code thoroughly

This is good in the short run (eg. you have to ship something quick) but bad in the long run because:

1. It’s intellectually less gratifying
2. The tech debt will murder you

I’m starting to lean into anti-vibe coding and just relentlessly reading documentation to countertrade the exact long term trade offs you mentioned

onchain app dev, web3 consultant, and regen. I help my clients build, launch, and improve web3 products

When we reach the synthesis stage, it will be a great tool. Until then, have to balance using it with also intentionally slowing down and understanding what’s happening
