q1: What is a growth experiment you are anxious/scared to try (and why)?

Good one @kbc SEO experiments. Unsure for our current target market if that really matters, similar thoughts for email campaigns. I am anxious of wasting time and again assume this is a channel of priority right now whilst the web3 native audience is still relatively small and living in fragmented community chats like Telegram, Farcaster etc.

Come build the most secure and private messaging network in the world—owned by the people who build it and use it.

Yes there is many messaging layers coming to the front right now and interesting to look at how we can use these further at /poap. I called out SEO as my assumption is not a lot of customer research in web3 today starts with a google search but in the cozy corners of communities so there feels limited upside vs. other areas of importance today we are a lean team so trade-offs are always on the table for where time is spent.

Agree with you about email. Would love if @xmtp would be used more by people.
