Recommend primary objectives focus on retention and engagement then user acquisition and you have close to or actual product market fit. Launching points without means you'll likely see a hockey stick growth into slide like churn when the next 'points' comes along.

very true, might be a bad idea to even offer any incentives before having PMF so as not to add noise
