Lol looks like a person starting a family in London among many other Tier 1 cities in the world with high cost of living.

Sure, on a continuum some time free'd up is better than none but the more the better. Ultimately time is the only constant so if you can get more to invest in something that reduces costs further or increases wealth it's all that's left beyond a high risk/high reward throwaway like lotteries, speculative investments etc.

2 can be a tough go depending on who you are, what skills you have, and what skills you’re capable of developing 😅
