today’s warpcast workout is a

💥 quick core circuit 💥

1.  toe reaches 2 x 10
2. bird dog 2 x 10
3. scissors 2 x 10
4. side plank 2 x 30 seconds each side
5. slow plank climbers 2 x 10 

core isn’t just sit ups and crunches! 

working different parts of the core will improve your posture, functional movement and also increase your flexibility by stabilising the lower back.
