It could be nice to label casts that were composed within a FC app vs. those crossposted.

Because I *do* like having more interesting stuff to consume here without leaving. But at the same time it's nice to know when a person composed here, since those are thoughts they're more likely to authentically engage around.

that is the nature of social media. That's why every platform does spam filtering

The low effort part is a problem. The vibe here is to have better, more meaningful and timely conversations and to be engaged, not to use this place like a satellite billboard for mainstream social media.

When people come here and try to use Warpcast like that, it degrades the different experience we came to create here; anyway we already have a scream into the void broadcast system. It’s called X. This is a place for conversations, not low effort cross posts.
