why don’t people form small groups (3-5) around an interest, create a channel, and cast/reply to each other? it could: 1. amplify reach (shared audiences) 2. create richer, more dynamic discussions (shared effort) 3. build deeper connections maybe it feels like extra work or it’s hard to find each other?

feels like this is a groupchat. 3-5 people in one groupchat works best as UI. You aren't guaranteed to see the messages in an algo feed and going to channel is extra effort vs opening the groupchat in your usual message app

respectfully not a group chat; group chats aren’t intended to be discovered nor grown. https://warpcast.com/ted/0x4368b930

I am talking user interface wise Messaging app UI -> I don’t miss anyone sharing something and can get to it easily Channels -> I miss it and more friction to the conversation

less about conversation, more about topic awareness. 3 - 5 people casting about same topic in one place is to seed and amplify the topic so that more people can see it and cast about it right now, not enough topic-specifics content to a) train algos to always surface it nor b) encourage more of the topic’s content
