it's very easy to reach the top of your career before 35-40 now. after you do that whats next?

TLDR ive done everything anyone working in talent might want to do. built product, started multiple businesses, ran a dept at a big firm, advised and coached VC backed founders, etc. so now i feel like i need to live another arc to keep growing vs coasting for the rest of my career in talent.

what do you do if you have no obligations in a given day? Would focus on doing more of that :D

tbh the last 3 years has been this and how i was afforded the chance to stretch my talent career in so many ways. beyond thankful for that. usually someone like me is just recruiting/sourcing for their whole career. lucky ive been able to flex in multiple directions simultaneously
