I've been doing Pilates 2-3x a week for a little over a year now which has been great for strength and flexibility but realized my cardio is not great I started adding kickboxing classes recently and LOVE it. Makes cardio so much more fun for me and I actually look forward to it

how do you manage consistent training with the nomad lifestyle? Don't you need to find a good class/gym in each place then?

Consistent training is how I manage nomad lifestyle so I have a routine! Yep I find a new studio every new location but never once had an issue. Pilates and martial arts are everywhere and it's also been a great way to meet locals and learn about different cultures
