TLDR ive done everything anyone working in talent might want to do. built product, started multiple businesses, ran a dept at a big firm, advised and coached VC backed founders, etc. so now i feel like i need to live another arc to keep growing vs coasting for the rest of my career in talent.

Have you Thought about going to a StartUp to work closely with coders? Maybe working on product or coordinate them? Likely you‘ll learn a lot there
