both are exceptions to the rule having sociopaths and psychopaths with a total disregard for accountability in charge of business leads to cronyism and exploitation, among other things

I disagree hard! There is a correlation between determination, persistence and minimal compromise on achieving set goals. That may come of as being an exploitative douchebag to your eyes or actually be one Real world results show being a pure douche doesn’t fly forever

you can disagree with clinical research all you want as for "real world results show being a pure douche doesn't fly over", check who recently got elected to EU parliament: a notorious far-left psychopath from Italy with a criminal record and prison time; nice reward, right? from tech, I don't have to even go very far: Adam Neumann (WeWork) comes first to mind, Steve Ballmer, Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, Bob Swan (Intel); they all have dark triad personality elements
