both are exceptions to the rule having sociopaths and psychopaths with a total disregard for accountability in charge of business leads to cronyism and exploitation, among other things

I disagree hard! There is a correlation between determination, persistence and minimal compromise on achieving set goals. That may come of as being an exploitative douchebag to your eyes or actually be one Real world results show being a pure douche doesn’t fly forever
