is it more of an active decision or a feeling when you think that idea is good to:

1) write on and publish the writing

2) pursue in terms of product/system in an organization

I only write and consult. I don't build products or systems. I last worked in a real job in 2011.

So there is no decision there at all. All my ideas basically turn into writing. I've started tinkering with maker stuff so in future some ideas may turn into hobby builds or code.
