Free weight barbells in 2.5kg steps from 2.5kg up to 40kg with a nice bench (incline + flat) One decline bench (negative) Rack with up to 200kg in weights that can be used for barbell stuff + put bench on for Benchpress Any machines like double cable tower if you have space or money left over would be my go to…

Machine go to: Cable tower (for cable flies, triceps pulldown, shoulder exercises) Cable row Latpulldown Also could add a pull-up bar and 2 bars for dips Anything extra like legpress or leg extension/curl machine are bonuses imo
