Over my career, my standard agreement hasn’t changed much in terms of scope. My a la carte/extra services menu has grown substantially, as has my rate. Time is money. Value yourself accordingly.

Excellent advice in that video-- thanks for sharing that, dude! Leading with the top number when ballparking costs is a cheat code. It works amazingly well. Everybody like to feel like they're getting a deal, and you can work back from there.
