It’s been some time since I’ve seriously started trying to create music (previous time was a live band). I would love to get into more electronic music creation and become more familiar with Ableton and music production in general. Has anyone bought any online courses that they would recommend ?

in many cases IRL > online but assuming it must be online, maybe first check your learning pattern. is it more of a poiesis, or do you like to follow along? studio-hour type for the former. structured for the latter if you want a directory of courses to check and buy, ironically, pirate sites work best wrt discovery.

Yeah I would love to do irl but unfortunately not close to anywhere and have to fit learning in around work and family life. I generally work better by following along with opportunities to then pause to experiment with the things I’ve just learnt.

Yeah I just bought a push 3 recently so not looking for more gear just yet but again it’s tied to Ableton.

I think it'd motivate you more to focus on a push course to the point where you are actually loving at least a segment or loop or moment created on push.
