What day to day weight loss really looks like. In early August I had an unknown medical situation put me in the ER. It wasn’t really determined what caused it but on follow up physical with my doctor they told me, unsurprisingly, it was time to get in shape. As a single Dad raising two kids on my own I hadn’t found time in my schedule to dedicate to training like I did during the divorce. Knowing I need to be here for my kids and wanting to feel physically good again got me back to training 3-4 times a week, and the results are coming. Stronger, faster, fitter and ready for the bull run. LFG!

stay hard💪, is the focus on cardio or bench press in training?

Resistance training mostly. Currently following a PPL kind of split so it’s pretty full body. Press exercises on Mondays with Push Day. Cardio I do some outdoor walking and row machine on in between days.
