What day to day weight loss really looks like. In early August I had an unknown medical situation put me in the ER. It wasnโ€™t really determined what caused it but on follow up physical with my doctor they told me, unsurprisingly, it was time to get in shape. As a single Dad raising two kids on my own I hadnโ€™t found time in my schedule to dedicate to training like I did during the divorce. Knowing I need to be here for my kids and wanting to feel physically good again got me back to training 3-4 times a week, and the results are coming. Stronger, faster, fitter and ready for the bull run. LFG!

Had a heart attack myself.... Weight loss was an issue but even more my cholesterol levels were unacceptable. Life changes and a little big pharma seem to have helped some but exercise is the frickin answer. Always was but now at least I can see it.
