What day to day weight loss really looks like. In early August I had an unknown medical situation put me in the ER. It wasnโt really determined what caused it but on follow up physical with my doctor they told me, unsurprisingly, it was time to get in shape. As a single Dad raising two kids on my own I hadnโt found time in my schedule to dedicate to training like I did during the divorce. Knowing I need to be here for my kids and wanting to feel physically good again got me back to training 3-4 times a week, and the results are coming. Stronger, faster, fitter and ready for the bull run. LFG!

Had a heart attack myself.... Weight loss was an issue but even more my cholesterol levels were unacceptable. Life changes and a little big pharma seem to have helped some but exercise is the frickin answer. Always was but now at least I can see it.
