I have made it a lot. It’s something everyone loves. Recently in May I made it once with salmon and once with black cod

Sounds tasty 😋 I’ll try it with salmon too one day. I was wondering if it might be better to broil it on a rack instead of a pan. Wdyt?

I like to use a rack with foil under the rack to make clean up easy as the glaze will carmalize underneath. I brush off most of the glaze prior to cooking and just apply a thin layer. Broil close to the flame but keep a close eye. You may need rotate pan after three minutes or so
