Jumbalaya or gumbo! Cajun and Creole food is so good 🤤 Spaetzle is really fun to make too and especially delish when you lightly pan fry it with some brown butter and melt some swiss cheese on top

Oh fuck yeah. I’d love to try jambalaya, just need to Amazon prime the right seasonings. Spaetzle I would also love to try and doesn’t look too difficult.

If you live anywhere near a mexican grocery store, you can get all of these spices for super cheap (and they're usually quite good quality!) Spaetzle is dear to my heart, my family is from Germany and it's such a comfort food 🥰
