Do you have a specific partner-is-away meal? For me it's these patties (kotlety), made with ground chicken/turkey. Husband is a vegetarian, so won't appreciate them anyway 😅 One batch can last me about a week of dinners, and I eat them burger/shawarma style, or with mashed potatoes (IYKYK) 🤤
