Would like to be able to make a solid tiramisu in 2025. Have always felt like the ladyfingers get too soggy.

My sister is a semi professional baker, when she makes tiramisu she told me that she only dips half of the ladyfinger into the coffee mix, so she doesn’t soak the whole thing.
