Have you tried cold outbound? If you A/B test some messages you can get to a decently high conversion. Also, what is your lead gathering like?

Sure, I think cold outbound is worth a shot. Like any other service based product - recruiting agencies, b2b saas tools - it may be worth trying

I’ve done some of this, though I’m sure I can do better. 

Best so far: word of mouth. Trust is the most important part of coaching, and referrals are key for this, as well as coachability.
