I just bought two whole raw chickens on sale. I’ve never disassembled a whole chicken before. 

I feel accomplished that I learned something, and I really got exponential value for my dollar. 15 meals for $18. 

I may buy another one just so I can practice disassembling it..

Yum. I like to eat different seasonings, lemon pepper, paprika, butter chicken, etc. so I prefer to separate them. You got kids though so I'm sure those munchkins devour the chicken anyways lol
