In about to launch a TestFlight for a project I am really excited to share but I’m worried it will be difficult to get people to try it. Any advice for recruiting beta testers? What kind of things should I communicate and what perks could I offer?

- First, always tell everyone what you’re working on, even if you have nothing to show. This warms people up to the idea of what you’re building and you get early feedback/advice. - Ask them what perks they want. - Repeat this cycle a few times to build trust and show progress

- Let people know you’re launching and incorporated their feedback. - Ask them for one more piece of help with launch, engaging in it, trying it out etc. small ask

I don’t believe beta testing is about how good of a product you have, because it’s an MVP that needs a lot of iteration. I believe its about getting people to trust you even if it’s just a MVP
