also those admin tasks have been in my head for a week. I hate admin. I hate ordering certificates from different countries. Everyone has their own system. The Irish have a backlog  of more than 1000 requests. But spoke with a person on the phone and got an insider number to call. Whatever you need, you need people on the inside
