The joy of learning a new language is literally unlocking a part of the world you wouldn’t have otherwise. It’s so much easier to make new friends. Talk to uber drivers, waiters. Unlocks memes. Unlocks new movies and shows.

i’ve been learning spanish the past month but not been consistent. i use an app called language transfer & it’s probably been the best language teacher to me!

I speak Spanish, I have been practicing on Duolingo! My partners first language is also Spanish so I get a bit of immersion that way too
