An artisan near me makes butter with Yuzu, seaweed, smoked, Espelette pepper, lemon olive oil, chocolate and cocoa bean chips, Madagascar vanilla, buckwheat, Roskoff onion, wild garlic, and Kampo pepper. Very interesting with lavender, but the strength of the lavender will need to be balanced. 0 reply
