Do not raise even *$1* unless you plan to raise at least $10m over the course of your business. Not even from friends and family. Better to be forced by constraints to find a sustainable business model and have ultimate control over the outcome without any obligation to anyone else. Find a co-founder you’re 100% aligned with and has a complementary skill set and just build until you find PM fit.

PMF is the most important thing No, TAM is the most important thing All else considered, I would rather have a good team working in a large addressable market without PMF because their skills will allow them to pivot The opposite (a good team in a small market with PMF) is less appealing because the ceiling is low
