The 3-person Paragraph team spent the last 11 days in Japan as part of a team offsite.

It was also the first time (in two years!) that the entire team met eachother.

It was very valuable getting in-person time together, and it was long overdue!

How often do you go on team offsites, and for how long?

After going on our first offsite I realized I've underrated how valuable they can be.

Colin, this looks a total fun. 

Web3 IRL team meets are the opportunity for members to grow closer and get more sinked into the mission of the project. 

While building Macha, I tried to bring folks together every quater for work and vacation.
