I’ve a hard time getting out bed the morning after leg day. what should I do? stretch more ?

I find a massage gun (or foam roller) + some anti-inflammatories help. Not sure how much stretching will help for strength training of legs? A better expert here might help. 🤔

Honestly just keep going. After a while you don't really get that kind of soreness anymore. Until then just make sure you're eating and resting.

Ease up on the workout, that might sound crazy but you don’t want to do yourself a disservice by having a week long recovery time. You’ll lose gains in the long run. Can always try ice bath/sauna for recovery.

stretch before workout and after every set and don't miss leg days :) also make sure your diet is balanced

Could you specify what you mean by "hard time getting out of bed"? Do you feel tired/exhausted overall or are just your legs still wobbly/fatigued?
