I guess, I really just run it when I see bad signal to noise in their casts. I may already have decided it's a no but this is the final straw. I don't know if I need it weekly but some mechanism to flag potentially interesting followers I'm not already following sounds interesting.

Someone had suggested a digest of follower labels weekly or something. Would that be preferred to checking each person individually?

Same here. About 95% of my recent followers are bots.
