today’s warpcast workout is a 💥 heartrate raising cardio circuit 💥 exercises: 1. stair step ups - 5 each side 2. stair step switches - 10 switches 3. jump squats - 10 reps 4. mountain climbers - 10 reps 5. elevated pushups - 5 reps repeat 2/3 times the exercises on the step help build strength around the knees, improve balance and also strengthens your core! intensity medium/high as always let me know how you find it, if you have any questions or workout suggestions ↑
